Great service (pleasant front desk staff), but the furniture in the room was a little dated and the top sheets weren't clean on either bed. Save for that, it was a great stay. The continental breakfast has the usual options, but the dining and food area was clean and all the food was good.

Beds were comfortable and were clean although the room didn't smell very fresh, but not unbearable or anything. The breakfast could have improved, the ceral was stale and the waffle mix was pretty much empty but there were quite a few people. I dont want to complain but if there was any area for improvement, this is where it would have been appreciated

The staff was nice. Unfortunately the mattress was very old. When we lifted it, there were dead insects and insect skeleton sheddings under the head. We did not stay or being in our luggage.

Very nice employees, comfy beds. Lots of stores near by and convenient to the highways. The curtains need to be replaced or cleaned as they were dirty, a few spots resembled blood.

Great location and very quiet

Just a great place to stay right on the outskirts of Hagerstown and right off the highway. My room was spacious and clean and cool. Everything worked, including all the lamps. I loved the mirror in the bathroom with excellent lighting for shaving and prepping. Friendly staff at the front desk as well. I would stay again and plan to!

This hotel gives you a motel experience. There's no reason to pay almost $200 a night when the room smells like mold. The pool is out of order, and the AC in my room has low airflow.
