From the outside, the building looks nice and clean. The back yard is also nice. Inside, there is no AC, the windows do not have a screen so bugs get in at night. The bathroom is very small the shower is dirty and had mildew in various spots in the tub. A mold spot on the ceiling in the shower & the shower curtain looks dirty and like it hadn’t been changed out in years. The bed blankets were filthy and had weird stains. I do not think those were washed either. The first day of our stay it was difficult to locate anyone at the front desk to request a cleanin of our room etc.

Great little no frills hotel, very tidy & clean. Located on a very noisy street due to the nearby tram. We only stayed one night on a stopover through Germany, but met all our needs.

Great, Check the price first

We stayed one night in one room, three adults and three children. There was plenty of room for all of us. No issues with the hotel at all, but the price of the room we rented at the hotel is €111. I paid significantly more using hotels.com. This is the first time I’ve noticed that happening, but I want to make other travelers aware. Hotel is close to ubahn and sbahn. There are lots of kebab restaurants nearby, but not much as far as touristy sites. We were not there for tourism, so this was ok.

Not happy with checking in as the hotel closed at 9pm and we arrived later and no key or keycode was left or emailed to me. So basically stood on the street at 12 midnight with my 2 grandchildren until hotel.com phoned them and passed on the keycode to me so I could get into the

The "family" room we had booked was given away to another client when we arrived late in the evening. We were forced to stay in 2 separate rooms (with barely enough beds) and then move into the larger room the next day. Management compensated us with free breakfast and parking. The rooms were adequate.

We were unable to stay at the hotel due to my husband being in hospital. We rang and explained and were told that we could have a voucher to stay another time. When I tried to arrange this I was told I would need to pay over 140 euros plus a 25 euro booking fee for 2 nights. We told them where to go

First of all we stayed there to male friends and the bed was double big bed. So one of us has to stay on the floor. Shower is 1.50 m2. And i think for 8 m2 including shower and wc double bedet room, 60 € ceey expensive. Never will stay there.

Zweck erfüllt

Das Hotel hat seinen Zweck erfüllt und uns ein Bett, eine Dusche und ein Frühstück geliefert. Leider waren die Reißverschlüsse an den Bettbezügen kaputt und so rutsche die Bettdecke jede Nacht aus dem Bezug. Der Duschkopf bräuchte dringend mal Entkalker, aber sonst war das Bad sauber. Die Lage in der Nähe von U- und S-Bahn ist wirklich gut und man ist in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
