Had an excellent 2 nights stay in this hotel. The female receptionist was super polite and courteous to all the guests. Was given a free room upgrade and the staff knowing we were boarding an early flight the next morning, offered to pack our breakfast to go the next day. Room facilities were great, bed was very comfortable, room was clean and toilet was fully equipped. Not forgetting the wide variety of buffet breakfast. To the female receptionist, keep up that attitude

The hotel is well located in the center of the old quarter, everything is right next to the hotel. It is also very clean and very comfortable and huge double bed with great smell. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The girl in the hotel helped me to book a Ninh Binh day tour and also a 2d1n Ha long bay tour for a great price (there was people with me in the tour who paid way more than me).

The location is great! very near to the lake with a food street just 1min away, breakfast cafe next to hotel and marts where you can get drinks at night. The receptionist and staff are very attentive to our needs and comfort every day.

The stay here with my family was one of the best that I have had in Hanoi for a long time. The room size was far bigger than what I expected (and such size in Hanoi Old Quarters is a luxury. Ms. Angela and her exceptional service and master guide to plan a family getaway from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi was superb and I have nothing at all to complain about. Look for her when you want to book your tours as she gives great rates for the tours arranged and her travel guides are the best. Ms. Hang was exceptional!!!

Great and reactive staff. Very professional. The room with the balcony is as expected. We enjoyed our stay near one of the most beautiful and active place of Hanoi where everything is just around you. Vietnamese people are really nice and open to talk. The service you will find in Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is impeccable! The staff paid very close attention to their guests, learning their names, focusing on their needs very closely. They offer their services readily without any hesitation and they seem to be able to foresee your needs and make appropriate recommendations. Rooms are clean and spacious (we were given an upgrade). Breakfast was also good. Would definitely book this place if I came back to Hanoi.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in the old quarter, the city center. You can reach everything from there. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. They organized an airport shuttle for us in advance, which made our arrival even more easy and comfortable. We felt very welcomed from the moment we step out of the taxi. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

We spent 3 nights at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel and used it as a starting point to visit Tam Coc and Halong Bay. We have been welcomed by the staff, who helped us with SIM cards, directions, flight registrations, gave us advice about all kinds of restaurants... We really felt at home, and everything was made easy, especially thanks to Angela and Anna. The breakfast was excellent, the room quite comfortable and the location couldn’t be better. We recommend it warmly !
