Hotel very well situated in the old town so that you really don't have far to walk back after an evening out. What really made the difference though, were the friendly and excellent tips from the staff of where to enjoy an egg coffee (a must) and where to eat. These were places we would either never have found or would never have ventured into without prior information.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered—they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and as someone who often struggles with neck issues, I was thrilled to sleep so well. Breakfast was another highlight, offering plenty of delicious vegetarian options. Overall, it’s a 10/10 experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great location, well within walking distance of many attractions. Very friendly staff, not intrusive. Airport pick up very smooth, give them your whats app number to speak to them directly. Very diverse breakfast, quite fresh and have small changes daily, Pho soup for breakfast is a game changer.

Wonderful hotel. Great service. Great breakfast. Lovely shower and bathroom is very big. The bedroom is quite big too. The BEST beds in Vietnam. This is a great place to stay! We had a large room with a balcony and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was on a side street so it wasn’t noisy, and we found everywhere to be walkable. The hotel arranged our airport taxi and that was very reasonable. Staff were great. The breakfast is at the sister hotel just around the corner, but this wasn’t an issue. It is quite a small breakfast room so you may need to wait when it’s busy, but we always got lucky.

The staff at Lotus boutique were the best I have come across when travelling. From a warm welcome from Angela, introduction to the area, what to see and avoid, to Angela arranging a tour not on the list (coffee tasting tour was exceptional!), to a fresh fruit hamper in my room. All of the staff were welcoming every time you came back, making you feel safe and secure, even as a solo traveler. Additional services like laundry were great, the included breakfast had good variety, the restaurant had fresh and tasty options. I would come back again.

The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn’t stay there if in Hanoi.

The staff are super friendly and the hotel is immaculate. I took the family room that had a great balcony to sit out on in the evenings. It is located very conveniently to all the attractions. The staff are very knowledgeably and always happy to help. They arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay for me and it was very open, informative and transparent.
