As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the wonderful hotel worker responded. The rooms, the food, the service, everything is great and I will definitely use it the next time I travel to Vietnam. I have no complaints or complaints. I really recommend this hotel.

Our room is quite spacious, super comfy, and clean. All the staff are super welcoming and detail-oriented. Their chech-in counters are 24 hours and they listen carefully to what you need and always meet ours. For example, our first night in Hanoi was pouring down pretty hard, and our shirts and shorts were totally wet and dirty, but they did our laundry and returned to us with them folded nicely, which I really like. They even let us deposit our luggages for free when we are exploring Ha Long Bay. Plus, the location is right at the center of tourists' attractions, which making it a really nice place to crush while exploring Hanoi. Definitly worth the stays!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel manager helped us with late checkout because our flight was late at the evening. Excellent breakfast, many options of local and intercontinental breakfast Clean rooms. Great location, we went everywhere on foot.
