When we pulled up we questioned weather or not we were in a hotel that was open for business or not. The girl at the front desk was great, super helpful and very nice. The inside was pretty clean with strong smell of farts and fabuloso. When it came time for bed, we both pulled back our bed sheets to find a plethora of black pubes and crusty foot bits. We asked for new fitted sheets and no flat sheet because we dont use them. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. At breakfast it was sparce consisting of waffles, apple or orange juice, pre packaged honey buns, 2 cereals, and an apple. So we skipped out of that. This is more of a $50 hotel rather then a $88 hotel. I'm pretty sure people live here.

Our towel rack fell right off the wall the moment we washed our hands, the roof was half missing and all over the parking lot. We only stayed here for 2 nights knowing we weren't going to be in it much. Plus there is only 2 hotels in town and the other one wasn't great either. Service was friendly . It's a motel so not much to expect.

Housekeeping is getting worse each time we stay here since the renovations. Finding hair and mold in the washroom is gross.

Would never stay here again.

Our room was clean. The breakfast was awful...diluted juice, waffle batter that got stuck in the container, eating area that looked like a prison eatery. No butters, jellies, smallest coffee cups ever, no one to re-supply milk pitcher or anything else. Pitiful. Nobody emptied our room's garbage cans or even gave us new toilet paper. Very bad. The only reason to ever book this hotel is that it is fairly close to the Garden of the gods, which is a delight to hike through.

Housekeeping was requested and we were ignored for several days before we got the garbage taken out and more toilet paper delivered. Many lightbulbs burnt out in fixtures making it very difficult to read in the darkness.

The room had a funky smell. The bed spread looked like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel.

This is our fourth stay at Super 8 in Harrisburg. They renovated the hotel 1 year ago and we were happy, however in the short 1 year quality/cleanliness has gone back down. Cigarette burn in coverlette (thought it was non smoking), toilet paper on the floor beside bed, toilet old and chipped seat. Could go on. Disappointed

Uncomfortable bed. No rest

We needed a place to sleep to continue our long drive home. It was clean but the mattress was not older, dipped for the use, and very uncomfortable since it is on top of a wood platform.

Most disgusting hotel on the planet

Only words that would explain this hotel would be disturbing on arrival the hallways in the rooms smell like marijuana got to my room to find moldy shower curtains mold on the walls human feces on the walls boogers on the walls broken door latch despite all that I flipped my sheets and slept next morning went down to eat the breakfast nothing was working everything was out of order the orange juice machine had moldy orange juice in the bottom left went to my training came back that next evening tried to get some sleep was up all night to people fighting in the rooms and in the hallways yelling and screaming all night and that would happen every day of my stay I was here for 4 days very disgusting hotel it seems like long-term local residents have rented out every bit of the rooms and I will be asking for a refund
