The staff was phenomenal! The desk clerks, kitchen staff, & housekeeping staff were all accommodating & extremely nice. The cleanliness of the room met my expectations. The breakfast each morning was plentiful, hot, & delicious.

The staff was great. My room smelled the entire trip like cigarette smoke. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The room was very noisy. I could hear someone whistling loud for quite awhile outside of the room and kids running around and yelling in the next room. The breakfast was good but cold.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating to my family even as we gathered in the dining area to talk and spend time together as a group. A family member left her phone in the hotel room after checking out and the staff member at the front desk at 4:30 am was AMAZING with the way he handled the situation at a very early morning hour.
