We found the staff all welcoming and happy to help but not intrusive. The breakfast room is light and airy with a seating area to sit outside on warm days. The bedroom was ok, the shower could be better and although the bed was comfortable, the pillow wasnt, but i am sure they would have changed if i had made them aware. The choice for breakfast was good and the location central to everything. Staff were on hand to assist with travel arrangements and trips out when necessary. Overall would recommend and would return if we came to Heidelberg again. Thanks to all the staff.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, Parking im Haus
Cons: Sanitäre Einrichtungen demnächst am Ende der Nutzungsdauer
Location: Beste zentrale Lage
Überschaubares, sympathisches Hotel, sehr geeignet auch für Kurzaufenthalt
