DO NOT STAY HERE. I didn't think a place like this could exist in Hilton Head, but it does. It was so dirty. We had to switch rooms twice because the room stunk like smoke...even though all the signs say 'no smoking'. Clearly, some of the clientele that stay there don't care. There were suspicious 'guests' lingering around the stairs, drinking beers. I would not let my kids walk to the car themselves. There were stains and a hair on the sheets. We just needed a quick place to stay for the night...I would have cancelled & looked for somewhere else if we had time.

The price was OK As we checked out I told the clerk some things that were wrong and she wrote them down but acted like she could care less . The things were : like out over one bed , no one cleaned up during our 3 days , people hanging out in their door ways .

The property was extremely rundown. There were no smoking signs all over the place, but constant people night and day out on the balconies and in the front smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The joining doors between rooms were filled with trash bags. We literally had to wash all of our clothes after one night there because everything stunk of smoke. Our keys did not work to our room and they had no property people on staff that could let us in during the middle of the day after an hour. We found the one person that was there. Do not stay here spend any amount of money extra to stay anywhere else on the island but here

The employees were all very nice and professionals. Our room was clean but the pillows were not good. We asked for more pillows but none were available. Our beds were comfortable but they need new pillows and more of them. The pool looked nice but it was closed, so not sure when it will open for the season. There is a free shuttle stop at the motel next door, so it is easily accessible to take the shuttle to most parts of the island. It is very nice for the price.
