Upon check-in, the staff informed me that the hotel was overbooked and had several rooms offline due to room door/key entry was not working. It was suggested that I locate another hotel nearby. After stating that my family and I had drove 3 1/2 hours, we were presented with one of the rooms with a broken entry key/door. This was fine, as it was close to 11pm and needed a room until 7am. Upon entering the room, we found it mostly clean but the furniture was torn, broken, or dirty. I will not stay here again and do not recommend anyone else to do so either.

The pool was down again. Also, my room the door knob was broke. I was locked in my room couldn’t get out. The curtains had big holes all in it. The floor was nasty. I had to go back and re-clean the tubs and sweep the windows had a big old crack in it. The Jacuzzi tub was horrible. It was so horrible. The bathroom closet, dead roaches all in there when I got in the shower, we couldn’t get out the shower because we got locked in the shower because the door wouldn’t open back up. It was just stuck or talking about the shower door the bathroom door one of them you couldn’t get into one side you had to go all the way around the toilet, barely flushed. The carpets were horrible. They’re dirty Filthy

The whole building was hot (that is coming from someone that is always cold), the rug throughout the entire building was stained, pool had a closed sign yet the elevator was wet, and lots of noise (loud music) in the middle of the night. The beds were also not comfortable. Higher expectations for a place with the name Wyndham attached to it.

The night attendant was very unprofessional and rude when we arrived. We chose this hotel for convenience and cribs available, which one wasn’t when we arrived. The room smelt, there was garbage piled up in all of the outdoor garbages with garbage splaying over the can.

Carpet in the hallways were dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, paper-thin sheets & no mattress cover, mattress was lumpy, pool was out of order. Seems it has gone downhill from the last time I stayed there. Time to do some upgrading.

Beautiful building and decoration. The lobby is very nice and clean. The rooms are nice. The most impressive is the fruit water with ice. It's very refreshing.

Bad hotel service!!

Booked room. Pay full payment. Arrived at hotel, the receptionist said that my room is sold out!!! How??!! If you paid in advance for the room, then that room is yours!! Lesson learn. NEVER BOOKED HOTELS WITH THIRD PARTY, IF YOU WANT A GOOD VACATION!! Call straight to the hotel to secure the reservation.

Comfy clean with a yummy surprise

Huge lobby & breakfast seating area with 2 TVs & several comfy couches. Breakfast egg omelets with sausage & potatoes on side were a yummy surprise. Checkin staffer, Erinn, was delightful after a long ride. Room was comfortable.

Upon arriving we stopped at the hotel to check and see if the room might be ready early.Greeted by a man, apparently we interrupted his lunch, when I asked him if it might be possible to get the room early he said it had not been cleaned yet I asked if it might be ready early, he said check in is at 3 and it will be ready at 3. So we left and came back around 530.I asked where the handicap parking spots were and the clerk pointed to the side of the building and said im not sure if we have any, but you can check over there. Getting to the room, halls were dirty, got to the room extremely tired since being on the road since 4 am, the bathroom was filthy and had TWO towels,and the toilet had not been cleaned. The carpets were dirty.You could not walk barefoot. Couch was stained. Went to make up the couch bed, had no sheets, pillows or blankets. Called the front desk and asked for them and was told I could come and get them. Already ready for bed, I had to get changed again to go and get what is usually already in a room with a sleeper sofa. When I got to the front desk the clerk said guest normally come get this stuff themselves.I have traveled alot. It is usually in the room or they will bring it to you on request. Not here. Not one staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.Also when choosing a hotel I wanted one with a pool. The pool was closed until further notice. This was never mentioned when booking. Terrible place.
