It was our first time staying at Kanata. We love here. Staffs are so friendly. Breakfast are fantastic. Swimming pool is so warm. The room is so nice and clean and new. It is great for the family with kids. The location is close to everywhere, safe and quiet. We will come back again to Kanata!!!!!

Perfect for a family to stay. The place has on site waterslide which is perfect for the kids. The welcoming cookies were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with a very comfortable beds and very clean. It was a wonderful stay. The free breakfast was an added bonus with good selections of food. This is our first time staying in a hotel that I cannot find anything negative which is refreshing.

There were 2 parties and a wedding when we were there and they were very efficient in accommodating everybody. Unfortunately, we had the room right next door to the morning, breakfast buffet, so it was rather noisy early in the morning. Nothing that they could’ve done though as they were completely booked.
