The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, and I appreciated the fridge and tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable and lots of hot water. The staff felt like family. Always opening the door and quick to smile.

Room was spacious but bathrooms shower super dirty, staff was not friendly. There’s no security and staffs to helping you like others hotel does. Good location! I feel the hotel deserves 2 stars instead.

This was not our favorite stay during our travels, but also not the worst. The room itself was decent, a bit dark because we couldn't open the curtains (they opened to the hallway of the hotel). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However, we did have our toilet leak, and we were told, rather abruptly and with no apology, that we needed to pack up and change rooms. Then, the following day after heavy rainfall, our bathroom ceiling began leaking. Most of the staff was friendly.

Great hotel, location & staff but shower terrible

We have recently spent 6 nights at La Paix Saigon Boutique. The hotel staff were amazing and helpful and the room was a good size and clean. We also loved the location. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the shower. We stayed in the family room. It was a shower over bath and faced directly out into the bathroom in the middle of the wall. It also took an eternity to get hot if at all.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Someone was always there to help with the luggages, open the door and delivery anything we needed pretty quick. I would say this hotel is a really budget hotel. You get what you pay for. I felt like the place could use some deep cleaning as there was dirty stains around the corners of the washrooms & back of shower curtains. They also don’t change the sheets / pillowcases every cleaning.

Room had a window into the hallway where people walk past. Room was outdated and need maintenance . Staff were very lovely and I loved how the hire deaf people. Great location and Close to everything . But the room and hotel didn’t have anything .

Never again

I had several issues here the first being the AC didn’t work. The second being once they “cleaned the aircon” the process spread dust or chemicals or something and I couldn’t breath. There was no other rooms so I had to pay with my own money for an entirely different hotel. When I came back they gave me a new room, but bed was just old and springy. I spent a total of 3 nights at different hotels just to compensate. The staff was very nice and tried their best but I would never stay here again or wish it on anyone else. Its on the cheaper end with nice pictures but never again.
Photo shows repairman on my nightstand with no shoes standing barefoot trying to fix the AC.
Pictures shows housekeeping also barefoot. I think this is culturally how it works but I am not used to it.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, and it is our favourite hotel to stay in when we are in Ho Chi Minh City. Is it safe quiet and with amazing members of staff who are always kind and attentive. The cost of the hotel is the best for the area when you compare the service you get. This hotel is great and I will always return here.
