The hotel is fithy. We tried to get our money back as it was nothing like the photos online and when I say filthy, I mean FILTHY. WE WALKED OUT AND CHECKED INTO ANOTHER HOTEL DESPITE LOSING ALL OF OUR MONEY…$1000 APPROXIMATELY. I DESERVE BETTER

I originally booked a room with 2 max occupancy and had a traveling companion stay with me for initial week I was staying. When my companion left (which reduces the occupancy by 1), I invited a friend over past 9pm the same day and was forced to pay for another room for 1 night just to have them visit. I have stayed at other hotels like The Reverie and was never treated like a money machine over at those other hotels. It is a ridiculous policy to force you to pay more money just to have people visit you late, so if you are looking for guest friendly hotels this is NOT it. Go with other hotels in the area where they actually care about accommodation rather than profit like Nikko Saigon or Reverie.

We stayed two nights in November 2025 for a family of two; it’s comfortable for us. We like the location, cleanliness, amenities in the room, and the food is great here. Hallo zusammen, Ich würde diesen Hotel noch nicht einmal meinen Feinden empfehlen. Ihr solltet einen Riesen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Lieber würde ich auf der Straße übernachten anstatt nochmal hier. Die Zimmer sind klein. Frühstück, da hatte ich das Gefühl das manches von gestern war. Das Personal, das was ich schreiben werde gilt nicht für alle, der ein oder andere ist in ein fettes Näpfchen getreten. Letzter Tag mussten wir spät fliegen, haben nach einer Möglichkeit gefragt um spät check out zu machen was zwar möglich war aber teuer, für das selbe Geld habe ich bei IBIS gebucht was tausendmal besser ist und ein Katzensprung vom Flughafen entfernt ist habe da zwar nicht alles in Anspruch nehmen aber die kurze Zeit die ich bei Ibis verbracht habe war exponentiell besser als bei Liberty. Jede andere Hotel hätte für eine Stunde uns eine Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellt um uns fertig zu machen doch Liberty Mitarbeiter hat uns auf die Dusche auf dem Dach verwiesen neben dem Pool. Bitte auf die Bilder achten die stelle ich rein. 90% in Saigon ist auf Touristen abzocke abgestimmt, daher würde ich jedem empfehlen Maximum 3 Tage dort zu verbringen und am besten mit der Reise dort anfangen und es Da Nang zu beenden nicht so wie ich anders rum von Norden nach Süden. Ich muss auch sagen das ich TMS geschädigt bin aber nach Liberty habe ich Ibis kennengelernt und festgestellt das es damit nichts zu tuen hat Liberty geht garnicht. Wenn ihr die Bilder sieht werdet ihr es versteh
Besser Ibis nehmen und von da ins Distrikt 1 fahren
