We had one night here as a part of a bike tour and had booked another 6 nights. Wifi not strong enough in rooms and staff organised an adaptor for my laptop to hook up via Ethernet (USB-C). Problem solved Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and afternoon tea.

I stayed 3 nights and the staff at this hotel are some of the best I have ever encountered in my many years of traveling. So welcoming and attentive from the minute you are on their steps until the moment you leave. Breakfast is terrific and when I had to leave at 3:30 am to catch a flight, they had a sandwich, fruit, and coffee all packed up for me waiting at the front desk at no charge! I couldn’t recommend them any higher!

The property and staff are extremely welcoming. Able to provide assistance as needed. The pool and rooftop bar are a wonderful amenity. Afternoon tea is also a great feature. Perfect location and great staff

Was running a day late since I got held over in Korea. I contacted Silverland and they made it easy to hold my room since I missed check in. We showed up while they had tea break going and we got to join in on that. Some yummy treats and drinks. Every morning I’d go hit the gym across the street and always got greeted when I would come back. The room was very comfortable. Location was perfect. Short walk to anything you want. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. My last day was my bday and they surprised me with a cake and sang to me. I’ve never had anybody do that and every year for my bday I travel. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you to the entire staff! Cam on.

Mr Pham, Operations Mgr and his staff made our stay in Saigon most pleasant. Silverland Yen was conveniently located in District 1 and with easy walking directions we found many sights nearby. We took the Hop On/Off bus to explore Saigon and you can arrange this at the front desk (thanks Minnie). Breakfast offerings were excellent and we enjoyed the afternoon tea. Our room on the 9th (top floor) was quiet and comfortable. The pool and rooftop bar was just above giving us a ‘cool-off’ from the heat.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Firstly, the hotel facilities are great. It’s modern, comfortable and clean all while in a great location. The rooftop area is cool to hang out in with nice views of the city and a good sized pool. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Wook who worked in the rooftop bar and Otis in reception - they were always so happy and willing to help out in terms of recommendations etc. We’d have no hesitation in recommending the Silverland Yen to others, and we’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Saigon.
