Dirty inside drawers, carpet smelled stale, walls dirty, dusty A/C unit is very old and didn't work most of the time. Entire building smelled stale and was too warm and muggy. People smoking pot outside front doors and pot smell lingered in hallways. Side outside door propped open all the time and lock/card entry appeared broken. Unable to upload photos, i took several.

I stayed for two days, slept with all my clothes off, and the next day I found a tiny carpet bug that stuck to my body. I was so surprised. This is my second time, and it's a different bug than the first.

The front desk clerks were nice. That’s where the positive ends. The bathtub was filthy and obviously wasn’t cleaned. There was all kinds of hair in it, and the faucet ran nonstop. The cold water barely was more than a dribble for the sink. The toilet didn’t se m clean either. The carpet was loose and a trip hazard in the middle of the room. We were only staying there for one night on our ride home. It’s old and dated, but it still should be clean. The tv and a/c worked fine. We would never stay here again.

Good budget hotel with friendly staff

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was generous for a free breakfast. I liked the 24 hour coffee and the helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Not bad for a budget hotel

The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fully accessible bathroom. When we arrived however, it smelled like Marijuana. The hair dryer didn't work in our room either. I did let them know. Everyone was kind but in mine and my daughter's opinion I think the staff could do better. Room 134

The service was good and I really liked the window seat. But the room really needed a simple refresh — paint chips on most of the wood furniture, messy cords connecting the TV, some spots on carpet, missing robe hook in bathroom. A few minutes work in the room would make a BiG difference!

The bathroom had stains on the wall. I had to pay extra because I had a pet, so they can thoroughly clean when I left. I would have appreciated them doing a thorough clean before we got there. I’d think 2x before going to another microtel
