I found that the hotel was just not up to par with the best western name. Towels were literally face cloth sized. Hotel rooms were dirty with mold forming around silicon seals in bath tub. Hotel walls and windows just doesn’t look like it’s been maintained at all. Air condition was minimal to no cold air. Best part was the staff which gave great customer service. Management needs to step up and re-evaluate their facility as it is truly not up to par. I made the decision to move to a new hotel on my 2nd night out of a 5 night booking.

Hotel location was off a main street and far from waterfront. Rooftop terrace is misleading with limited city view. Room was small with no amenities. Front desk reluctant to call for taxi ... have to walk a few blocks to flag one down

For the money it's not too bad but it's definitely a compromise. The place is average or worse for cleanliness and it is very dated. The streets around the hotel feel like a dangerous ghetto but it's actually safe and only a few blocks away you can buy a $10,000 purse at Louis Vuitton. That's just the way HK is. They also don't have the breakfast buffet that they advertise. On the plus side, the location is centrally located for activities and transportation.

Was a good stay in a central location but the rooms are really tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and once luggage was there no room to move. Good apart from this

The picture you present to advertise the hotel is misleading. Those rooms are not typical; they are located on the top floor, nowhere else. So, if you want to buy those rooms, you won't get them.
