The room was quite small, and the shower water wasn’t very hot. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, but the staff wouldn’t provide the room key until 3 p.m., which was inconvenient after a long journey. There was only one chair in the room, which wasn’t ideal for two guests. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—close to the MTR, bus, and tram. However, the front desk was located on the 7th floor, and the lobby setup felt unusual and not very welcoming. Overall, the hotel had a few practical drawbacks, but the location was a highlight.

Hotel is great for the price but be warned, the hotel on is a famous dry seafood location. It will have a unique dried seafood in the air.

It’s located right outside of a metro station which was very convenient. Trams and buses also stop at less than 100m from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, we got a free upgrade so we also had a nice view of the bay and the mainland. It doesn’t offer much more but we only used it for sleeping so we didn’t need more but a clean room and a good bed. Just note that the entrance to the building is on the alley and not on the main avenue (this was weird for us but it took 1 min to figure it out)

Clean room, staff were friendly and professional. Of particular note, we made a special request for our lugguage storage service. Staff Stephen took an initiative and made things easier for us to accommodate our needs. His professionalism was impressive and remarkable.

The doorman, Tom Cheung has been very helpful. Good knowledge of surrounding areas, you just has to ask and he will provide you with informations. Spacious room and surrounding areas plentiful of eating and shopping, especially dry sea food.

Overall good experience as the location is just beside the MTR station. Clean and comfy bed, pillow and housekeeping is done everyday basis. Lobby is located at the 7th floor and guest rooms are from 8th floor onwards. There is someone always in the reception but hardly interact unless you ask for something. I find only person is friendly named Tom Cheung from the security team and you will find him at the ground floor during the daytime. Wifi is good but depending upon the room location, could be weaker signal. I was there for a week and the last day AC wasn't working, hence I had to checked out early because the whole floor was suffocating and humid. Also, there is no such option for having breakfast near by apart from a small cafe.

This is mid priced, but very good value. Nice room. Great location for visiting Victoria Peak and Tian Tan with bus just 5 mins walk. Good options for food, bar and cafe! Recommended

Comfy enough!

This hotel worked fine as a home base for exploring Hong Kong. The biggest plus is the proximity to the MTR and Tram. 3 stars just so you’re not setting your expectations too high. It was perfectly comfortable. The security downstairs was also very friendly. But there aren’t any amenities outside the room itself. I was happy to find a large supermarket within walking distance though!! I think this is a good choice to be close to Central HK but not pay for the expensive hotels. The room was perfectly fine and AC in high! Very easy to find from the airport via MTR late at night too!!

Typhoon damaged water input to toilet and antenna. Therefore, we cannot the flush toilet and no TV service. It created inconvenience. Other than these issues, it was a great stay.
