Was able to check in early but the room had a terrible smell. It was a strong musty or moldy smell. The bathroom sink is about to fall out of the countertop. It looks like the only thing holding it in is silicone. The hot water is EXTREMELY HOT, anyone with kids should be cautious.

Hotel is being upgraded on the top floors. Parking is horrible. You need a tiny car to move around the parking garage. It was terrifying. Staff was great. Room was great and clean. Our fridge didnt keep anything cold but i also didnt complain so im sure it would have been dealt with. Overall great experience except parking

The staff was amazing. The property was ongoing HVAC fan upgrade so the halls were covered in dirt covering paper so the rating of property couldn't be higher. As that was temporary, the overall condition was very good. Again I will emphasize, the staff was amazing.

The noise level at night is extremely loud, the glass should be thicker to block it out. I found hair in my shower upon check in, which made it seem as though it wasn’t properly cleaned and the room had a musty smell as well.

They were in the middle of renovating each suites. Our room you can tell was just done. The paint was not even at all, you can see the markings on the wall. The carpet felt like it’s outdated and dirty and smelled too. I wasn’t comfortable walking around on my feet. I ended up using my outdoor shoes when I walk around. The washroom was clean, then again you can see that it’s not quite new. They did provide toiletries like soap, shampoo and lotion which was great. The TV and the remote seems to have a delay and the dvd player keeps opening and closing on its own. Housekeeping came two to three times throughout our stay. They tidied up the beds, cleaned and hopefully wiped the counter sink. Don’t think they vacuumed the carpet also it had stains. During our last day, we had housekeeping come the night before but saw that sheets have some stains on it. Honestly though we just used the hotel to sleep and shower as we were always on the move also it was the cheapest and now I know why. The staff were great though super friendly. Would I book again? Maybe once they’re fully done renovating the whole building but by then I’m sure they’ll increase the price. I like the place and balconies as it’s close to everything! Overall it was an ok stay. But thank you aqua palms for having us!

We had a very enjoyable stay, and loved how centrally located the Aqua Palms Waikiki is to the nearby beach, shopping, and dining options. We were able to walk everywhere which was very convenient! There was an issue with the safe in our original room and Lindsay at the front desk went above and beyond to help us sort out a move to a different room, which ended up being more spacious and had an even better view! Mahalo to all of the staff here who were friendly and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were so friendly, professional and kind. The properttt os right across the street from Hilton Waikiki Village and beach. Down the road is the army museum and downtown Waikiki. Everything is in walki g distance. I felt safe at the hotel. You're right on the main road, depending on where your room is lo ated it may be a bit loud. I slept just fine. Because of the staff, I will always come back to Aqua Palms. The price was great too.

Overall a good stay and good value for money. We did have a number of issues during our stay which could/should have been avoided: *All the lifts broke down for hours one day which meant everyone had to carry all their stuff up and down 14 flights of stairs. *We had 4 people staying in our room but only 2 towels, we asked for 2 more and then the room got cleaned and only left us with 2 towels again. *The shampoo and body wash was left empty after being cleaned so we had none the last 2 days * The safe was locked open when we arrived, this should be checked when cleaning the room for the next guest
