The manager and staff were outstanding in assuring the comfort and ease of my family's stay, as we converged from multiple points in the US, and arrived at different times. Hotel was convenient for what we needed - between Hickam AFB and Tripler Medical. The rugs in the hallway need to be replaced . They are worn and dirty. Thankfully the room was clean. Breakfast was decent. I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation but it served it’s purpose for us

We liked that the hotel had an airport shuttle. It was dispatched quickly after calling them. Driver was friendly. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were also friendly. Upon check-out, they held our bags for five hours so that we could visit Pearl Harbor and not have to worry about bag restrictions. Pool was well-kept. The lobby and breakfast areas are more modern, but the hotel itself is old and, unfortunately, really ingy. It needs a deep cleaning or renovation.

OK for a budget and close to airport lodging option, fairly good breakfast buffet. Transportation around the hotel quite complicated as you need to enjoy lots of one-way, detour circle around drive to get to any destination. Parking structures takes the lower 5-6 floors of the building and each parking spot is relatively narrow and hard to get in.

Stayed for one night, the shuttle bus came and picked us up in the evening. Room was clean and the staff was very kind. I’ve had some continental/free breakfasts from hotels and they give you a large amount of options but the food is not very good. Here they had a smaller amount of options, but what they had was good! Loved the breakfast.
