The room was immaculate, the front reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant at breakfast was spectacular with its full assorted breakie menu. I enjoyed the hearty breakfast, it was a nice way to start one's day. This hotel stands out fore its customer care, info service, pleasant surroundings, close location to airport and nearby food malls; and easy uber access to nearby stores. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hawaii.

This hotel is a good value for the location. If you just need a night to sleep before or after a flight, it's convenient and priced fair. However, it's not a place to stay if you are coming to Oahu for vacation.

It was extremely disgusting. There was poop all over the toilet the room smelt moldy. The fan didn’t work. There is nasty little black specks all over the bed. It was extremely disgusting. If there was any other place open that late when we checked in, we would’ve stayed elsewhere.
