The room was very nice. I didn’t know about the resort extra fees. That’s a ripoff! It’s in a great location but it was in the noisiest room I have ever been in. The Airport noise never stops. We stay on the ocean side and not sure if the other side of the hotel would have been better for the sound.

Only 1 block to the beach, lots of action. Great pool, great view, 2 queen beds which is hard to find, fair price, Lent us umbrella and boogie board at no cost and we rented beach chairs from them. Front desk staff ALL very nice! Same with housekeeping. Very good vibes and enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again!

Bad guests

There was only one disappointment. We went to the adult pool at the Ocean Tower and found the towel cabinet completely empty. There were 6 guests sitting on the chaise lounges and EACH one had two towels covering their chairs DESPITE the sign that guests take one towel per person. And these people NEVER went into the water. I had to get a towel from my room. Selfish entitled people

Good value for money and location. you

This location was good value for the money. Great location and views from the 35 floor were stunning. Lots of towels and housekeeping was excellent with good attention to detail. my only complaint was that they called themselves a resort, but only one beach item was available per room which meant we had to rent chairs and umbrellas elsewhere. Other Hilton’s were given access to free equipment at the beach, through The Beach Candy store. As a resort my expectation, and the communication I received, was that beach chairs at the least was available through the resort for free. Nice pool area and friendly staff. Would highly recommend if you are looking for value and don’t care about conscience to beach. We had to go rent chairs early in the am and then come back and store them while we went to breakfast so quite a bit of walking involved. But overall, a very pleasant day.

My stay was great at first and the front desk service was incredible. Until the last 3 days of my stay involved extremely loud construction above my balcony and it kept us up all night. On my last day they started construction super early and while eating breakfast the construction particles began to fall all around us and in my food. I got up and when I was walking again a tiny yellow and black device fell and hit me in the head. Shortly after one of the construction men apologized and said someone would come get the device. I got a call from the front desk saying they were coming to my room for the device when I explained what happened and showed the construction guy all he did was say “my bad”. It was extremely uncomfortable to have a random man without a name tag come into my room to go and get a device that fell and hit my head. I’m extremely disappointed on how that whole situation was handled.
