The staff wasn’t really that accommodating or nice and the property and rooms just seemed a bit dated. I’m not really sure how they have 4 stars. The bathroom had paint peeling everywhere and rust plus the shower was clogged so it was a pool up to your ankles which feels nasty and you have to wait quite awhile for it to go down before the next person can shower if you are with friends. Will not be booking again

Resort fees and it’s not even a resort. Hidden fees that they don’t disclose to you until checkout. Crazy parking costs per night in a sketchy garage that barely has any room to drive your car in. If I am going to get ripped off I would rather get ripped off from a name brand hotel. This place is not worth it!!!

Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly housekeeping did a great job. In a part of Honolulu which is noisy, main Street for the fire trucks and police cars. Also many bars in which people at 2 AM are screaming and yelling. I had no problem sleeping, but my friend woke up multiple times due to the noise outside and we were on the 11th floor. Elevators are strange sometimes you have to go down to the lobby to get off and get back on a different elevator to get to the parking structure. Overall, it was worth the price.
