We stayed here for the Houston Marathon and the location was perfect, close and very convenient for race weekend. The room itself was clean, but unfortunately we ran into a few issues. In our first room, the toilet didn’t work at all. That room was actually nicer and had a fridge and microwave. We were switched to a second room due to the toilet issue, but that room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. The toilet worked in the second room, but the bathroom vent was not working. For the price we paid, I was disappointed with the overall experience despite the great location.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The furniture in the room was a little hit or miss. Stayed in a room with a sofa, the first room did not have a sofa, the second room had a slightly leaky sink. The staff moved me no problem. The sheets were wonderful and the coffee machine was great. Love the fact that they had a workout facility. The mattress was a little saggy, but the shower was hot and the restrooms were clean. I would stay again.

Staff was professional and patient. There is an automated checkin across from the front desk that is designed for automatic checkin. Room was a bit small but comfortable, I was only spending one night for the Houston marathon. There is a valet service but I parked in the garage across the street.

The hotel room wasn’t properly cleaned before i arrived. There were crumbs on the floor and the shower still had soap residue from the previous guest. The finishes were also scratched up and the several towels had stains.
