Toilet wouldn’t flush. Went back down soon as got to room, asked for a different one, lady at desk instead sent someone to “fix” it. Someone came to room while I was taking Zoom work calls, “fixed”. Grabbed lunch and came back, still didn’t flush. small little flies / nats maybe were also on wall. Breakfast at the front cafe downstairs was also mediocre. selected hotel just to come in to see a game, short walk. Will not stay here again. Everyone was nice however.

The room had blood on the chair and in the bathroom and there was hair in the restroom. One towel had obvious old blood stain. The rest of the hotel an amenities were very nice. They just need to do clean and dust room 527
