What I liked most about this hotel was the convenience: they had a free-to-use espresso machine, a water dispenser with bottles, and laundry facilities—all complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms felt quite outdated, and there was visible rust on the floors, which took away from the overall comfort a bit.

Room and hotel were clean but we had multiple issues with this hotel. TV was not working/not connected upon arrival, nor was the restaurant open due to Memorial Day holiday. Took 45 minutes to get someone to come up and fix the TV. Air conditioning was hard to control--either was too cold or was off, seemingly no in between. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower--a trickle at best and granite countertop and toilet seat were cracked in bathroom. Curtain sheers in bedroom were ripped. Overall, in need of a freshening. Things that were good: valet service, restaurant (when open), and complimentary coffee in lobby.
