The air conditioner barely worked. Walking into the hotel the doors were broken. The lobby looked creepy, it was very dark in the lobby. Can't use the pool. The carpet is hindding holes in the floor. The room housekeeping never came to the, there were roaches . So disappointed in this hotel.

The smell of wet carpet was very penetrater in those rooms... we stay at room #127 and we kill 7 cockroaches and took some in a napkin to the front desk. The extra sofa bed was in terrible conditions. And some administracion lady was kind of rude the next morning, because she didn't understand why I was in a diferent room. Horrible experience!!!

The room was not properly clean, the bathroom had several broken fixtures, the smoke detectors were damaged, there were cigarettes in the stairways, and the elevator was out of service. This hotel was a complete disaster. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night.

Staff was in pajamas and sleeping at the desk, the room had a potent smell to it and lights did not work. On top of that there was stains on the beds and black spots on the pillow that had an even worse smell then the room itself, the toilet did not work and had to plush it 4-5 times in order for it to go down. Definitely do not recommend this place

The staff was nice, the room was crawling with roaches. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted Expedia for a refund due to the fact that I actually left the hotel and was told to provide photos of the roaches. To be quite honest, I left the hotel immediately the following day and did not return to try and photograph roaches to validate my complaint. Do not go here.
