Rooms were clean, property was nice, food place to stay but the staff stood around talking during breakfast and advised thy weren’t refilling items that were gone even though there was still 45 minutes left in breakfast time.

We had booked three nights; however, we stayed only two nights and left early because our children refused to continue the stay due to the poor experience. The breakfast menu was very poor. The same menu was served every day with no variety. For a family stay, this was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, when we requested towels, we were told to come to the reception and collect them ourselves. This was very inconvenient and reflects poor housekeeping service. Because of these issues, our overall experience was uncomfortable, and it affected our family vacation. We hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of services for future guests.

Enjoying our stay. Building is very clean. Housekeepers and other staff are very nice and welcoming. The pool and the gym look very nice and clean as well. My service dog was welcomed as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and ill definitely be back to visit again.

There was no heat in 2 rooms they charged me into and then could not accommodate me. They had a person staying in a room he/she DID NOT pay for and could not figure out how they got there! At MIDNIGHT, with 2 toddlers and 3 adults we had to go find another hotel to stay in! The hotel manager has been avoiding my call for over a week now! TJ…this is not how you run a hotel!!! And by the way, you and your staff should make sure others can’t understand what you are saying when you are speaking Spanish! He is now trying to say we stayed both nights when we didn’t even stay 1 night!!! Shame on you and your staff for lying!!!

This property is in the heart of big industrial warehouses and alongside a busy highway artery. Loud traffic noise at night - especially trucks. Only one shopping area nearby with only a couple of fast food eateries. Clean enough but no turn down service to tidy room. The site attracts jr. high & high school athletic teams and the type of people involved with these groups are not A-class - more like D/F class people who allowed their delinquent kids to run throughout the hotel and disturb guests with no control. Kids were kicking soccer ball in entire hallway @ 11:00 p.m. Hotel management did little to control the situation. Beware of this place.

Poor check- in- after 3 attempts to get in our room, lock cards did not work. Was switched to another room. Next day when we went for breakfast door keys once again did not work, front desk person had to help us again. Understand this is a common inconvenience for those who stay.

Oh my... I don't know where to start... when me and my family checked into our room. My wife saw some kind of bug on the wall and we look closer and it was a freaking STINK BUG!!! I was able to manage to get it into a water bottle and throw it out and then guess what happened when I went back into the room... another STINK BUG on the wall! My wife said we will have to leave this hotel and I asked for a refund and they refuse and only would move us to a different room. We had to make sure everything... our bags and jackets and shoes were all put in one place in case another STINK BUG shows up. We were happily to check out early in the morning right after breakfast. Only good thing I can say... their breakfast wasn't too bad but that STINK BUG really made the whole stay at the hotel... NOT GOOD! I won't stay another Comfort Suites again anywhere!
