The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but it is quite remote and it was very difficult to get a taxi from the airport. Also, we had trouble with our foreign number being blocked by the hotel and they assumed it was a scam, which meant our shuttle bus booking wasn’t confirmed. If you can’t get a shuttle to your hotel near the airport then taxi drivers don’t want to take you there as it’s only a 10 minute ride. It was a very difficult stop over.

The room has the following issues. The deadbolt lock was missing. The shower door won’t close. The shower gels bottle and conditioner bottle were empty. The toilet seat was about to fall out. There weren’t any creams or sugars for the coffee. The blanket has stains all over. We were just there for one night during our transfer and we checked in around midnight. We were all very tired and didn’t want to call and ask for a switch. I won’t stay at the hotel again.

The room was good, the bed was great, and the view was amazing. Bathroom had complications, nice hotel you’d expect to have at least a bidet on the toilet but no there isn’t. Shower needs to be fixed, hand shower holder is loose needs to be tightened and the main shower head needs a description to turn that on because i’ve checked everywhere no handle. The shower handle needs to be glued back from the handle it tends to come off. As per shuttles in and out, they should just make the shuttles run all day going in the hotel and coming out. As the hotel looks nice and a quick stop hotel for a night or 2, it needs a couple of fixing here and there. Overall I had a good room, the night receptionist was amazing and very caring.
