You have to clean yourself, itโ€™s like self service, room service is not available, also make sure you can use your mobile to call! Stayed there with two friends, location was great! Washing Maschine is on the 7th floor. Many 7 elevens around!

The guy who runs it is super friendly and speaks good basic English! There is a 24 hour Japanese bath around the corner (entrance fee 5euro) a Korean hotpot that sells vegan food (all you can eat) and three train stations within 3 km, buts most importantly staff is friendly and flexible!
