Our room was filthy. There was dirtiness all over the room. The bathroom had no fan. We showered and everything was wet from the walls, floors, and everything we had inside the bathroom from moisture. During breakfast we were greeted by a staff member that would not leave us alone. My young girls at the age of 9 & 10 were very uncomfortable and couldn’t eat because he wouldn’t leave us alone and they were nervous the whole time. We were in a hurry to eat too and he just kept talking and trying to “educate us”. We ended up just walking away and leaving so we could make our event on time.

Loved it!!

Our room is very clean. The front desk was very helpful when I needed a couple things. The breakfast that was included was delicious and all of the staff was very kind! I will be rebooking there for our next trip to town!

There were electrical issues-we lost power in our bathroom twice and had to notify the desk. They promptly had maintenance address the issue and gave us use of an unoccupied room to shower while the problem was fixed. Also, the gentleman responsible for the breakfast buffet was overly chatty with guests to the point of letting food run out.
