Eresin was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The shower had nice pressure. A bonus was that there is a pool, sauna and steam room. It was nice after a long day to breathe in the eucalyptus in the steam room. Fresh towels at the pool/sauna/steam were a plus.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Property smells smoking regardless if you are in non smoking room. Employees barely speak english. I paid for upgraded room thar never got. Hotel wont reimburse. Breakfast is abundant but low quality. About 15 min tram ride to tourist area. I could have stand all of the above but the smoking smell everywhere was disgusting. I do not recommend.

Nice winter stay , very close to tram T1

Great hotel, good location. We had a nice room with a city view but there was too much noise from the street. They changed the room after a request, and the other room was much quieter. Hotel is great quality , pool is nice , beds are comfortable

Great stay

The hotel and our room was clean and well kept. The breakfast provided was excellent. The only issue that affected our stay was on arrival, we had booked a car to pick us up at the airport which was cancelled by the hotel due to a confusion of our arrival date.
