This was the perfect hotel for my city break in Istanbul. The room was a little small but for me on my own it was fine and I was only in it to sleep really. The bed I found a bit hard and my air con wasn't working but I spoke to the staff at reception and they got an engineer to sort the air con and put a mattress topper on my bed. The location is amazing with the tram just at the end of the street which is less than a 5 minute walk. I found it pretty quiet with the exception of a few banging doors but you're up early for sightseeing anyway. Breakfast had a vast array of options.i enjoyed a massage here too which was wonderful. The service from the staff here is exceptional and I would highly recommend staying here. The rooftop bar is lovely too.

So enjoyed my week stay here!! Everyone was sooo helpful, courteous, knowledgeable!!! The hotel is certainly in a desirable area within easy walking distance of historical sites. The dining/bar area on the sixth floor has expansive windows to overlook the river and the square. The breakfast buffet was certainly bountiful, but also had the options of made to order selections. After a long day out and about the bartender made the best dirty martini ever! Wonderful experience here in every way!

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Also requested a twin room but wasn’t available. It was very noisy at night both outside and inside the hotel. I guess that’s why they provide ear plugs. Rooms are nice and warm and the shower is really good. Also the location is brilliant. Shame about the noise.
