We had a very nice two-night stay at the Fairfield Inn&Suites by Marriott Ithaca. Rooms are clean, comfortable and functional; staff is nice and helpful; breakfast was good with an adequate choice. Definitely a very good hotel in that category while staying in the area.

Always a pleasure to stay in Marriott properties as staff from desk to dining and housekeeping are always pleasant and professional. Facilities and equipment were well maintained. Treadmill was FlexDeck so that was a nice touch. Toiletries were spare but would probably not use them anyways as we bring our personal brands. We only asked for shower cap and a different hair dryer as it looked grimy and both requests were immediately accommodated replaced (hair dryer even came straight out of a new box !) Forgot to mention to staff that we noticed cobweb on bedside lamp but we saw this as we already leaving to check out.

Our day was great. The rooms are clean, but breakfast is great and delicious. The staff is very friendly and overall we’ve had a great day. Internet worked great and we were traveling with a bicycle and it was a great thing that we were able to bring up bikes inside the hotel to store overnight.
