Don’t stay here. This hotel is very convenient but the service was appalling. They state that they offer a free shuttle to the airport ‘24/7’ but this is not true. My son and I stayed there because we both had early flights the next morning. The person at the front desk assured us it was not a problem to have two separate transfers since we were flying a few hours apart and he told us what time we each needed to be ready in the lobby. My transfer was second and when I arrived at the lobby, I was told that they didn’t have anyone to drive me and I needed to wait. I was very worried about missing my flight but they patronized me, saying “don’t worry lady”. When I did not accept that, the man became aggressive and said that they have a rule not to provide multiple transfers and I should be grateful they were “helping me out”. He was so rude and dismissive. I did get a ride in the end but only after waiting half an hour and I was very stressed about my flight. It’s not worth staying here. The rooms are also stuffy with dim lighting and very outdated. Stay at the other airport hotel instead and have the peace of mind.

Room was clean and spacious. Dinner and Breakfast were both good. The walk is ok from the airport to the motel, footpaths the whole way. Back to the airport we used the shuttle bus. It is on demand with very little wait time. Wifi was patchy, other than that great overnight stay.

Too good to be true for an airport hotel. I do not know how they recruit and train their people!!! Everyone is content and happy and this reflects on the way they treat their guests from the shuttle driver to the breakfast lady and all in between. Do not bypass the candy for the guests at the check in counter. Heavenly.

The two young men working in the bar provided the best service I’ve had maybe anywhere ever! Fabulous! and I loved sitting outside - not much of a view, but a beautiful evening. That was the best part. The worst part was: we could have just stayed in Alsancak and been to the airport as quickly in the morning. It took 30 minutes from the time we stepped out of our room to the time we stepped out of the van at the airport. (My nav app showed 21 min from Alsancak at the time.) just no sense of urgency AT ALL. I know, it’s a cultural difference, but just a heads up, even though you’re soooo close to the airport, unfortunately you still can’t cut it close and sleep in!
