We arrived Friday night at 1 am or Saturday morning if you prefer lol. The tall gentleman with the great personality was very kind and helpful. Lots of airport personnel and guests checking in at once even though it was 1am. He was very patient and helpful to everyone and moved through the check in of everyone very quickly and efficiently. It was very appreciated after a long day of travel.

Staff was accommodating but the stay was an ordeal. Moved rooms 3 times: 1) Door did not properly lock 2) Room was not set up (mattress and furniture on the floor) 3) Lock to connecting room unlocked. Guest next door did not respect privacy and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room.

I'll Be Back!

Hotel staff were very friendly and took the time to tell me about all the amenities. The lobby had a funky modern feel. The room was HUGE, the bed was so comfy and the shower was awesome! Hate I only got to stay one night!! Will definitely stay again when traveling for my next cruise!
