Great accommodations. Bed is very comfortable, rooms are very quiet, breakfast was great. John is very friendly and was a terrific host. The check-in process was very personalized without being too much. The property is in walking distance of all the sights. I’d definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Came to New Bern for customer meetings and chose to stay at the Aerie instead of a hotel. Glad I did. It was my first experience at a B&B and I really enjoyed it. We stay here whenever we visit New Bern. It is a convenient location yet away from the busiest parts of downtown (it's still walkable). The owners and staff are wonderful.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there was an issue with the air conditioning unit that affected my experience. The AC made noticeable clicking and humming noises throughout the night, which disrupted my sleep. I contacted the gentleman managing the property, and he promptly responded, explaining that there wasn’t much he could do at the moment. I understand that this is an older building, but I was hoping for a quieter environment to ensure a restful night’s sleep. I’d appreciate any steps that could be taken to address this issue for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
