Good for the Money

Not bad for the price. Modern refurb: faux wood floors with repaint over everything. Furniture was extremely tired; drawers hanged out - wouldn’t stay closed. Analog input to some sort of demo TV - couldn’t remove TV “specs” from the screen. Small for the size room. Bed was very hard. Nice lighting with bedside USB-A and USB-C outlets. Restroom was clean. Shower took a long time to get hot but it did and pressure was good. Out of shower gel and no facial bar soap. No coffee maker. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Place appeared to have 10% occupancy yet they only had a King room on the third floor. Overall sparse but clean. Acceptable. Kids were having the time of their life in the pool. Convenient to I-95 and away from seedier parts of Jacksonville

What I did like, there were no lines and it wasn’t super busy. Now what I didn’t like, the property was very dirty, I seen a few junkies outside there rooms being pretty loud. The room we got was by the stairs so the people coming up and down being loud. The room smelled like someone lived there for months, the bed was made pretty nice but the sheets seem to have a rough oily feeling, I had to take a shower because I felt dirty that following morning. All in all I don’t recommend

This property wasn’t bad at all the room looked really nice it came with WiFi and was pretty cozy in the end only thing was I didn’t like the fact that the pool closes at dark when there’s lights right at the pool to brighten things up it’s not on a bad side of town but getting here was definitely a struggle and the main thing was the tv it’s so tiny and I couldn’t hook up my game to watch movies or anything overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10 it wasn’t the worst place and I’d definitely book again just wish it came with a bit more the staff was 100% nice though which was a plus.
