The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working. Other than the bin, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done. The second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. It had the chair, headlights, no bin, bad internet still. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said they were going to bring it. They didn't. Awful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.

Ótima hospedagem, funcionários excelentes. Paguei estacionamento, mas meu carro ficou na rua, exposto ao sol, durante os três dias em que fiquei hospedado. Ou seja, paguei para o carro permanecer na frente do estacionamento.

Pense em um hotel ótimo! Minha estadia foi maravilhos! Espaço de recreação para crianças com um mini parque aguático, sala de jogos e playground, paa quem anda com crinaças é um diferencial e espaçoso! Disponibilizam toalhas para uso nas piscinas gratuita e para praia paga-se uma taxa irrisória! Tem uma academia bem bacana, com ar-condicionado! O quarto maravilhoso e enorme o ar-condicionado potente! Café da manha com comidas maravilhosas e em destaque uma coalhada de potinho que meus filhos amaram!

Hotel longe da praia, todos os dias o período que fiquei estava cheio o café da manhã, demora na reposição de itens, fila da tapioca enorme com uma pessoa atendendo apenas em um período de alta lotação o que achei um absurdo, peguei pacote meia pensão e o jantar e péssimo, tivemos que jantar fora, por fim no meu quarto apareceu uma barata, enfim não tive uma experiência agradável e não recomendo o hotel.

Hotel dentro do padrão, mas pode melhorar na qualidade da limpeza, não houve limpeza mesmo colocando a placa, passou o dia todo sem limpeza, no fim do dia quando já precisa já estar no quarto foi que apareceu a funcionária. Bom parque para crianças, café da manhã bom, mas os bolos não são saborosos.
