The property was very nice and clean. The staff was awesome, helpful, very nice, and friendly. Hotel was in a great location with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants that were in walking distance. There was also a Wal-Mart nearby and that helped a lot. The veiw of the ocean was also great and beautiful, especially for the sunsets. The only things that weren't enjoyable was having to pay for self parking, i think it should be included since we were already paying to stay at the hotel. We also didn't like not having our room cleaned everyday or having fresh towels daily, they clean every other day. The beds are very comfortable but they are high off the ground and not short people friendly. We had to do a small jump to get on the beds. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable, perfect location, and decently priced. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Hawaii.

Fantastic location in the heart of kona. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. This isn’t a typical courtyard, it is a full service resort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in kona.

The Valet person was a handsome young Japanese mix man I think his name started with a K.. he was helpful & made you feel welcome. He gave a short but good informative tour of the hotel. The staff in the Restaraunt during breakfast were so friendly & very quick to be of service, our server was another young man named Ned? I hope there is a person with that name. would definitely come back again. Mahalo Mr. & Mrs. J. DeMello of maui.

The hotel is average. The rooms are very dirty, carpet is super old and smells, toilets are dirty from the previous guests that used the room. I talked to Reyna at the front desk and showed her pictures of the dirty toilet. She sent someone to clean but they skipped the toilet again. I emailed the manager as advised by the front desk and he ignored the email . I was disappointed. Marriotts are always clean but not this resort!

Overall was an average property. We got a rental car and stayed for 4 nights. Almost not at the property except back to sleep. We got charged $35.00/day for parking. I think it should be some kind of discount or free for guests. A tour guide was giving a discount to who had parked at courtyard hotel. We just didn’t have the ticket with us bc we handed at front desk.
