The property was updated and clean in communal areas. The breakfast was good with a variety. Unfortunately, our room had a (pet?) odor throughout our stay and there was a sticky spill from the prior guests that had not been missed.

We absolutely love this property! Everyone is so kind and the location is so convenient for venues/going downtown. The breakfast here is literally one of the best I’ve had (would love to have an alt milk source like almond milk, but understand its niche). This is now our go to when we visit KC! Thank you for providing such a great facility
