Fully remodeled in February 2020, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei unit 213 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.
