Tervetuloa erittäin haluttuun Hale Kamaole 121 -tapahtumaan! Tämä erinomaisella paikalla sijaitseva pohjakerroksen yksikkö tarjoaa kauniita auringonlaskuja ja merinäköalat suoraan Lanai-alueelta.

Kun kirjoitat sisään, sinua odottaa tämän kauniisti päivitetyn huoneiston avoin mukavuus. Keittiö on kauniisti uusittu graniittiset työtasot ja uudemmat laitteet ja on täysin varustettu inspiroidulle kotikokille.

Tilavassa olohuoneessa on hienot uudet kalusteet, joissa mukava vuodesohva. Ylellinen spa-tyylisessä kylpyhuoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa voit rentoutua king-vuoteella, muhkeilla liinavaatteilla ja TV: llä.

Nauti henkeäsalpaavista Mauin auringonlaskuista aterioidessaan ulkosalla tai ihmettelemällä vain merinäköalaa suoraan yksityiseltä lanailtä! Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee täydellisesti maanpinnan tasolla aivan kompleksin keskustassa ja vain askeleen päässä toisesta kahdesta uima-altaasta.

The property was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Bed and couch comfortable. Four great beach chairs, towels and a folding wagon to transport gear. I highly recommended this property and would return in a heartbeat.

Great property that was a nice way to spend our week. The bed was great and super comfortable. Amazing start and welcome basket. A bit of a musty smell, but nothing that opening the windows couldn't removed. Awesome place and space!

Nicely remodeled condo

The check-in process and booking were very streamlined through Coldwell Banker and the property was nicely remodeled very clean and in a great location in Kihei! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wish We Were Still There!

The condo is very well decorated and inviting. Mornings and evenings on the patio are so relaxing, with the ocean view a definite plus. We hope to return soon to have this experience again. I would highly recommend condo 121! As an aside, for the tea drinkers, a kettle to heat water on the stove would have been great. The kitchen, otherwise, had absolutely everything we needed and was sparkling clean.

Wonderful experience

My stay was a pure delight. The property itself is beautiful and the various people connected with it were extremely helpful and accommodating. Rest, relax, and beach vacation

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and were extremely happy with everything at this condo unit. This trip was purely about relaxing for us. We cooked in and ate out. Bed is very comfortable, it was such an easy walk to the beach across the street, AC works great, great view of sunsets from patio, management is very responsive, nice walk to restaurants and shopping as well. It was exactly what we needed!

Fantastic Condo

The condo was just as described. Very clean and updated. Bed was comfy, condo was stocked with towels, laundry detergent and plenty of dishes. They do have chairs, a small cooler and some sand toys for children. We loved the lani and the views were fantastic. My husband and I would walk across the street every night at 5:30 to watch the beautiful sunset. The bbq are can get a bit busy so plan accordingly as they only have to gas grills and the rest are charcoal only.

Everything you need for a pleasant Maui stay!

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, organized and better than we expected it to be. The property is directly across Kamoele beach 1 and 2 with many restaurants/ food trucks located nearby. Super convenient! The bed was comfortable and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

This condo is great. Quiet and can see the ocean. Place was clean and nicely set up. Comfy bed (and couch). Communication was great with CB Vacations (I left something in the condo and they made arrangements for me to get it back). This was second time staying in this unit and would for sure stay again. We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this property! It had all the amenities and we really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Our son especially loved the Hale Kamaole Conch Band at sunset. The beach access is great and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect in almost every way! My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo during our visit to Kihei. It is very well appointed, clean and could not be in a better location. The fact that we could watch the sunset from our lanai was incredible. The only thing missing in our opinion was a kettle of some kind but we used a pot instead which worked out just fine. It was incredibly nice to have the amenities to cook and do laundry in our own unit. We also found the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion samples to be a lovely touch! Thank you for having us, we will be back!

As Advertised

I had a great stay in Unit 121. All the pictures and descriptions of the property were spot on. It is a one level Unit on the bottom floor of Building 3. The signs are clearly marked. Each complex has four Units. The upper units are larger I believe while the walkout ground level ones are smaller as Unit 121 was. The Lanai got the warm afternoon sun. Imagine sitting in the morning on the Lanai drinking your coffee while having breakfast as the sun rises. Then packing up the beach chairs provided for a day of sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling just minutes away on KAM III beach, which has a lifeguard. The turtles are out there cruising along the beach, I say several while snorkeling. One thing it has compared to the other Units is two hotel wall mounted air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Both kept the whole Unit super cool. There was also two ceiling fans blowing around the cool air on times when it got a bit warm to leave the slider open. You’ll love the lawn outside your Lanai. It’s so squishy and soft on your feet. The BBQ is the meeting place in the afternoon where many people would come to gather and grill some food while enjoying a few beers and cocktails. During the afternoon and dinner, the kids would all come to enjoy the wide open space and awesome pool. At around sunset many residents would cross the street and plop their chairs down to watch gorgeous sun sets in KAM III Park. Many folks would play soccer or throw a football around. It was an enjoyable way to end the day. I was called early on my trip to check to see if there were any problems. No problems. Everything works. Plenty of free parking with steps of this Unit.
