Nice clean hotel, comfortable but it is an old building renovated into a hotel so rooms are not very sound proof. We had to change rooms after first night due to this, the staff was very accommodating and helpful and made our 4 nights here very enjoyable

Hotel is perfectly positioned on the lake in Killarney National Park. Great views and walkability. Property is a little tired and creeky. Have to take multiple lifts to get to the 4th floor, for example. The hot tub costs and extra €20 per person, but it’s candidly better because it makes it much less crowded. Great spot.

Our hotel stay was fantastic. The facilities were great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast could have been nicer, maybe the volume sitting there caused sogginess in particular the potatoes.

This hotel should have been updated 20 years ago. They only give Expedia/OTA based guests access to the worst rooms. I asked to be transferred from a room with a true double bed and a twin bed to a king room. Even though one was available, the front desk person said her manager will not approve Expedia guests to transfer to the updated rooms. If you stay, eat dinner in town. The hotel restaurants are mediocre (bad food offset by very good service).
