Our favorite in all of Ireland. The staff the food the drinks all amazing. Most of all was the thermal suite was just what we needed! The warm pools and saunas and hydro showers were amazing! After dinner deer 🦌 came out and we were able to take photographs of them grazing. The castle ruins over the lake views were sublime. The list could go on!!! 5 ⭐️

Wonderful property. Lots of beautiful landscape and of course the lake. The mountains around the lake were stunning. The room was comfortable and beautiful. No A/C, but thats normal for Ireland, however a large fan was provided. We stayed only tge night, but will return for a much longer stay. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful.

What an incredibly beautiful location! Our room looked out on to Killarney Lake and the surrounding mountains. One evening we enjoyed watching a family of deer out our patio door. It was so peaceful! The food, bars and restaurants were fabulous as well! I’d definitely stay again!

The Lake Hotel was amazing!

We booked a Deluxe Lake View room and it was unbelievable! I honestly think we had the best room in the hotel with a large picture window in front of the king size bed. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a very long hike in the Killarney National Park. The bathroom was high end with a fabulous soaking tub. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was great - especially Joe in the bar who was so caring when I needed ice to tend to a burn on my hand.

Very welcoming. The lake hotel was very relaxing and views were great, staff were helpful and the Tea and coffee services excellent. The hotel was set back from the main road which added to its charm and feeling of serenity. Breakfast bar was more than satisfactory, all food was prepared well and they had a large variety of options. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. If we come back to Ireland I guarantee we will be staying at the lake hotel in kilairney again.

A historic hotel from mid 1800s. Very beautiful views of the lake from the restaurant and our room. Room was spacious and kind of made to look like it was from 1800s which was just ok for me, but the rest of the family liked the style. Downtown Killarney is a nice walk if you have the time. A wooded walk down the hill and then down the road. It takes around 30 minutes. Otherwise, we took cabs. Hotel doesn’t have a shuttle. Restaurant was delicious. I had a soup and salad combination with scones for dessert. The cookies were also excellent!

Nice hotel!

Had a very nice stay here. Rooms were nice and spacious - they gave us the family rooms since we were traveling with kids, which was nice to have a little extra space. The location is great. Nice it's right on the lake - kids enjoyed wading in the water. Had dinner at the restaurant there - lots of options. Nice our reservation included drinks which was a fun relaxing night out. Live music was fun too.

The front desk staff was amazing and very welcoming. Beyond that the service was terrible in the bistro and at breakfast. The staff didn’t seem to care whether we were there or not.
