For the price, I did not see any luxury. The bed was hard and the bathroom was run down. The room I chose was advertised as having a glacier view, if it did I certainly couldn’t see it.

We saw heaven from Hotel Laki

We were so lucky to find Hotel Laki (last minute booking)on Hotels.com the day before check-in Other booking websites didn’t have Hotel Laki on their inventory of available hotels. We arrived at Hotel Laki around 10:30pm and we were very tired. However, we were very glad that we picked the right hotel - far exceeded our expectations. The staff was so nice and the room was so clean and cozy for 3 adults. The breakfast was excellent. Best of all, the hotel surrounding was something else. It was like we saw heaven from Hotel laki - so beautiful, serene and peaceful.

When you are visiting in a land with almost 24 hours of bright day sunlight, you need a place to rest which would at least have dark blinds for the night tine. The blinds were transparent with broad daylight during sleep making it inconvenient place to rest after the day’s hike. Moreover the shower were terrible and hotel staffs were not supportive. Try to avoid this place at any cost for a decent stay.
