All staff were very polite, all spoke excellent English, the rooms were visually appealing as well as being clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was from a fixed menu which offered a good choice and was served freshly prepared.

The whole experience from checking in to checking in out was amazing. This trip was booked last minute. Had no time to plan. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 everywhere walkable. The room amenities was amazing. Tea, coffee, molton brown toiletries. Huge comfortable bed. Spotless. Would definitely stay again. 5*

Had a fantastic break over New Years Eve. Spent 4 nights there and enjoyed every second- from arrival to departure. Stayed in a Deluxe double and the room was a perfect size, not huge but very nice and comfortable with everything you could want. Breakfast was SPLENDID! Put an hour aside as it’s not your normal eat and run, it’s an experience in itself and the choices are top notch. We only had dinner once and that was in the room - again amazing quality and very reasonable for a 5star hotel. I had steak and my wife had a delicious chicken dish. We will definitely be back It’s situated exactly where you need to be and, as mentioned, very good quality for a very good price.

This place was amazing! I was so excited to stay here and we weren't disappointed. I traveled with my teen and younger child. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so beautiful. Heated bathroom floors, fireplace, dining table, bathroom hygine amenities. Everything was perfect. Location was amazing! Make a right out the door and there is Wawel castle, make a left and walk a little way down the main street and you'll reach the rynek. Breakfast was included daily with our room and it was great! If we ever come back to Kraków we will definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay at Balthazar Design Hotel. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and found the stay perfect. The staff are very happy and friendly. The service is amazing. We had breakfast in Florentina and the food and drink were delicious.
