Modern apartments that are in a great location to access everything Krakow has to offer. The property itself needs some general maintenance. Broken curtains, damaged side tables and general maintenance is needed throughout the property. We ended up in an apartment without a balcony and a small double bed, despite what was advertised. We were able to get a small discount as a result. There were no maps or brochures to assist with the local area.

Property was clean but a bit tired eg floor warping, blinds coming away from window, broken shelves in fridge. Shower gel and shampoo supposed to be included, dispensers empty and when asked at reception to b refilled we were told they didn't have any, not huge issue but travelling hand luggage only so had relied on there bei g toiletries supplied.

They have very modern,safe, and close by accomedations and their price is also very fair value s well. The apartment was great and very spacious! No complaints about the unit however, the check in process did not go well at all. As per the residence rules, check-in is scheduled for 2pm. When my group arrived at 2:30pm we were told that the apartment was not ready and when we asked for an estimate of when it would be ready they had no answer for us. We left our luggage at the reception and went to the nearby mall - returning to the residence at 5:30pm. Upon our return, we were told that the unit was only then being cleaned and were asked to wait longer. At 6pm we were finally able to access the unit. The 3.5hr delay was unacceptable and unfair to visitors after a long day of travel.

The property is in a wonderful area and close to transportation and the old city. Excellent overall. What we didn’t like is that we had travelled for almost 30 hours but our accommodation was not ready until after 6:00 pm. The hotel did compensate us for this inconvenience. The restaurant that is mentioned in their email no longer exists and hasn’t since last year. This advertising should be removed from emails going out.

Fantastic place! Very clean with all your travel needs, kitchenette, Nespresso coffee, laundry and above all a very friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a walking distance to Krakow main attractions. A hidden gem!
