Guests enter through the front or garage door and are welcomed by a family room that includes a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, comfy couches and a wet bar with a min-fridge/wine cooler. A queen AeroBed is available for use to provide additional sleeping in the downstairs portion of the condo. Guest Access: California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 3 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. The Tennis Villas are in a gated community along with Santa Rosa Cove and 24 hour security provides access through two gates to enter the community. The condos have attached two car garages and there is additional lot parking and street parking along Avenida Fernando and Calle Mazatlan. Guests should park in the garage, open lot spaces or along the street in the direction of traffic and display the parking pass provided by security at all times. Garage doors should remain closed when not in use.

Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north.
