Kesäkuussa Kahana-riuttameren seinärakentaminen on saatu päätökseen vuoden loppuun mennessä. Seurauksena on, että kiinteistössä tapahtuu rakennustöitä, mikä voi johtaa varhain aamulla rakennusmeluun ja näkymän tukkemiseen, joka alkaa uima-altaiden läheltä sijaitsevalta alueelta ja päättyy toisen puolen vuoden loppuun mennessä. Pidämme hinnat erittäin alhaisina heijastaaksemme haittoja, joita tämä voi aiheuttaa vieraillemme!

Tämä kodikas pieni huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vain 60 metrin päässä valtameren reunalta, josta on panoraamanäkymät sekä Lanaille että Molokaille! Voit katsella valaita ja merikilpikonnat siemailemalla aamukahviasi suoraan lanai-pöydältä, tai voit tutustua alueeseen, jossa on Lahainan etukatu, Kaalapalissa sijaitseva Whaler's Village ja koko Yhdysvaltojen parhaiten arvioitu ranta Kapalua Bay. Ranta, vain 5-15 minuutin päässä!

Huhtikuussa 2019 saatiin päätökseen hienoja parannuksia, kuten upouusi king-patja makuuhuoneessa, keittiön uusinta kaikilla uusilla laitteilla, uusi queen-size-vuodesohva, jossa on muistivaahtopatja, kaunis vinyylilattia, ja uskomme tulosten olevan uskomattomia!

Jos haluat pysyä lähellä kotia, voit valita uima-altaasta, nurmikon tuoleista meren seinää pitkin tai oman pienen hiljaisen hiekkarannan alueen pohjoispuolella rakennuskompleksia rentoutuaksesi, tai voit käyttää huoneistoa käynnistyslevysi kaikille upeille tutustumispaikoille saarella!

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja yhteisöllinen BBQ on myös käytettävissäsi käytettäväksi aivan yksikkömme oikealla puolella!

Meillä on käytettävissäsi rantapyyhkeitä, rantatuoleja, loukkaamatonta jäälaatikkoa, boogie-lautoja ja snorkkeleja !!

Tämä huoneisto on ollut perheessämme yli 18 vuotta, joten onko kyse perhelomasta tai romanttisesta lomasta, toivomme, että olet vieraamme ja nauttivat upeasta ajasta kauniilla Mauin saarella !!

Tämä huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Kahana Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Throw a line out, you're that close to the water!

Condo is nice with breathtaking views! It's nearly impossible to be any closer to the water!Enjoyed watching the turtles and the shark's fishing near the shore!Helpful hands for future travelers, the coffee maker is a Kurig, so be prepare your shopping accordingly. Consider your expectations as disclosed no AC, so it can be hot and humid. Absolutely, we would consider staying here again!

Lovely Location

There are a good number of positives about this property. The location can't be beat, the views are amazing, and the condo's quaintness made for a great experience. The towels were fresh and new, and the bedding was very clean overall. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fridge has an icemaker, which helps keep those beverages cold. We saw numerous sea turtles, rainbows, and beautiful sunsets. The downside of this property is that the bathroom and the condo itself need a deep clean. The bathroom is older, which a person can deal with. However, it was not clean.

This is the place!

My wife and I spent a week at this beautiful condo. The condo decor and accommodation are fabulous! As far as the location (especially on the ground floor), it was the BEST experience ever! You're able to open the sliding door and enjoy the ocean view, sounds, and breeze. There is no AC, and it was not needed with the cross breeze moving through the condo. The location is exactly what we needed. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still close enough to drive to. One huge plus, we were able to see Whales, dolphins, and tortoises, from the back deck. The owners graciously have binoculars to use along with snorkel gear. This condo rental will be our number-one choice for future Maui vacations. Needless to say, super happy with our condo choice!

I hesitated when I saw that it was a ground floor unit, but pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It’s a private area with an excellent view of the water which really is 60 feet away from your patio. China Boat is a restaurant across the street which we had takeout from and ate on our patio and it was excellent. The accommodations were magnificent. They really do have a gem on Maui.

Great location

Older property but great location and view! We loved our stay and plan to return. Very convenient and close to the main tourist areas but we looked forward to getting back to our room, and view, each day after activities. Having snorkel gear, and beach chairs was a plus. No A/C was a concern but the ocean breeze flowing thru the unit very nice!

Great place in Maui. The room is oceanfront on ground floor. No direct beach access due to rocky area, but you can walk to nearby beaches if desired. I'd stay here again.

Great location.

Loved this location. Plenty of great beaches & plenty of great restaurants in the area. Saw turtles almost daily. Loved having the beach chairs & snorkeling gear as well as a small cooler on hand. Chocolates on arrival a nice touch. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that it’s slightly outdated & a little on the warm side with no air conditioner. Fan was provided. There is a self pay laundry station just out the door. We would book here again. Great communication with the hosts.

The apartment was just what we needed. Loved the beach gear that was available. Beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel stuff. The kitchen was nice and well equipped with appliances if you wanted to do any cooking. The bedroom and bathroom are dated but the owners book says they are on the list to be remodeled. The couch, spare blankets and the bathroom just felt so/so clean but everything else was good. The turtles, sharks and sunsets did not disappoint! The unit is not air-conditioned but I prefer the ocean breeze blowing through anyway. Overall pleasant stay!

Great location/comfortable and well appointed

We spent four days at this great little condo. It was well located close to lots of beautiful beaches and plenty of Restaurants and places to shop. Loved the ground floor location. Beautiful cross breeze kept it cool day and night. We didn’t cook a lot because our stay was only four days, but the kitchen looked very well appointed. And I particularly appreciate the functional knife set. So many properties skimp on their knives but this set offered everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for two of us. I definitely stay again. There was so much to do and see in West Maui I definitely stay again. There was so much to do and see in West Maui we for sure we for sure need to go back.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! Away from the resort chaos yet close to everything. Amazing views with sea turtles every day! Quiet neighbors and very clean grounds. All of the beach equipment that was provided was the best! Didn’t have to worry about renting anything. There really isn’t an accessible sandy beach but that didn’t detract from our visit. Thank you!!!

Maui at its best. Pure magic

I took my two young daughters, 9 and 13, for their very first trip to Maui. The property is very well kept and close to markets, food, etc. The owners left a folder explaining the history of the unit and how it’s been in the family for many years. It was a pleasure to be a guest and create new memories in this home. My daughters absolutely loved it! We saw sea turtles, sharks, rainbows and so much more! I’ll definitely plan on starting here again on my future visits.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect location for our anniversary trip. My husband's first trip to the islands! The condo was clean, spacious, and had the most stunning view! It was in a fantastic location close to coffee, restaurants, and the bigger resorts to access their luaus, restaurants, etc. Loved the absolute peace of this condo though! Enjoyed the outside spaces at all times of day. Parking was always available! We would love to come back!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed at Kahana Reef 47 years ago on our honeymoon. We had a budget of $1000. We needed airfare, lodging, a car, and food. A travel agent directed us to $20/night condos for our two weeks, Kahana Reef. Individually owned and rented through office by laundry room. Still have brochure in our album. Direct beach access, no sea wall or pool then China boat predicessor across the street as well as sugar cane fields up the hillside. They were burning the cane while we were here. Amazing sight. Created a few issues with small critters escaping the burning but KR was prepared. Great visit then and 3 more visits since. First time we have been on ground floor. Love this unit. Clean and neat. We bbq’d with our son n family who were staying down the road. Great family sunset pics. Oh has Kahana changed since our first visit. Here you don’t feel crowded. DnJ

Turtles, Ocean, and Relaxation!

We loved our stay there! Every time we’d walk up to the edge of the water right in front of our back door we’d see 3-8 turtles at a time hanging right by the edge. We were able to take nice, long walks along the beach right next to the community, it felt very private! The place inside was great as well! We felt comfortable, enjoyed every minute!
