The room was a little out dated and not Sanitary. Dead bugs in window seal , shower curtain not clean. Water park area very unsanitary and um professional. I wanted to get my grandson a floater , the lady told me to look Around on the water park floor and find a used one , because people just take them off and leave them laying all over the water park area . I just shook my head . Very nasty and disgusting in the water park and the rooms need to be updated. Will very noisy place people upstairs from my room had a party all night long with loud music. Property had no control over the noise called called a lot of times to complain, but nothing happened was not even compensated to see if we could do anything about it..

Check in was fast with friendly front desk staff.. Room was very clean, a pack and play was accommodated for my toddler which was wonderful. There was a lady at the arcade who was more than AWESOME to my little one and my other two kids! The food there was also very good. Overall the stay was great and the kids LOVED it!
