We had an EXCELLENT stay. We were in a 2-bedroom suite, which was spacious and clean. The decor is outdated, but it was clean and comfy. The bed pillows were hard, and there were no blankets or spreads on the beds—only sheets and a duvet. I missed not having a blanket. In this suite, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. The bathrooms do have a supply of shampoo/conditioner/ soaps. The showers did take a few minutes to warm up.
The staff was AMAZING!!!! they were friendly and knowledgeable.
The restaurants were good. They were a little pricey, but nothing was out of the norm for the area or a resort hotel.
The waterpark was warm, CLEAN, and fully staffed with lifeguards. These lifeguards walked the entire pool deck at all times. They had plenty of tables & chairs, to put down your stuff. The pool towels were clean, warm, and large. they also have cabanas you can rent for a reasonable price.
Check in and Check out was a breeze.
The reasons I am not giving this place 5 star, is the outdated Decor, it didn't bother me, but it will both some.
Those hard pillows and not having a blankets on the beds.
