Chemical smell the entire day of being in the room inflamed me and my children allergies my daughter i and mom had lingering headaches and felt faint due to this issue no one help at all transferred to another horrible room looks as if it was being renovated! The total waist of money me and my children felt as if we was gonna pass out had to keep patio door open to breathe

Awesome trip. Downtown lake geneva is close and there are other activities to do outside Timberridgr waterpark. But the waterpark itself has a lot of things to do already especially for those who have kids. I liked how our hotel room is like a mini house, its got kitchen with aplliances (plates, cups, utensils etc) and dining table. We were on the first floor so we really enjoyed out outdoor patio that is very close to the outdoor pool. We are definitely coming back.

The pool area is very fun for young families. There are life guards, so it is as orderly as can be for a crowded pool. The slides are great! My only complaint is I wish there were fitted sheets on the mattress.

First time there, check in was quick and easy. Nice and quiet as it was a Monday… we were disappointed both the candy and balloon machines were out of order. Vending machine had no snacks, only drinks and it reset when we paid so we had to wait awhile for our Gatorade. It would’ve been nice to have extra blankets too. Whirlpool bathtub was really welcomed. all the Waterpark staff were very nice. We also didn’t appreciate housekeeping banging on our door at 10am when chevk out is at 11am. We would come back though.
