The property has so much to do. One of the beds was unsleepable and they changed our room for us. Overall it was nice. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the Town Center. I was very disappointed. We didn’t check in until 5pm. Mind you…i prechecked in at 2:30. But check in is at 4pm. So I still I had to wait in line for 1 hr. The AC was not working properly. So it was hot in the room. The theater area had water dripping and the ceiling tiles open. The place is completely outdated. Not worth the money I paid.

The heat was broken, the water for the hot tub wouldn’t stay hot. The room smelled of smoke. We they said they couldn’t change us to a different room because they were all dirty. So they bought a rolling heater to the room.

The hotel was advising people to boil thier sink water before drinking it the water park was partially closed thier lake lagoon resort section was absolutely filthy and thier pool was the only clean looking swimming area kiddie pool and hot tub water looked green and opaque

All work and no play makes Jack a bad boy

Got moved to some 80s condo on the golf course after water issue. Mouse dropping next to the bed and food crumbs on top of the fridge. Condo complex was something out of The Shining, but that’s why I love Pennsyltucky! Ate some nice Amish barbecue chicken and played a round or golf. Pocono real estate ads have fronts for “other” services.

There was the worst place ever stayed at no hot water then there was no hot water didn’t advertise that everything in the resort was closed. Also told them about needing handicap room and they sent us to the furthest place the resort with a handicap wife and nobody to help with our baggage. It’s a joke.

1. room was not as described booked a two bedroom with king size bed two double beds and two twin beds that was not what we received. 2. Booked a two bedroom with a full kitchen. There are no utensils plates cups or pots. The cabinets are bare unless you bring everything yourself the kitchen is useless. 3. Our unit did not have functioning air conditioning as well. It did not have any windows. It was an interior two bedroom unit. The average temperature was 81°. 4. Described as a resort but did not include resort amenities. 5. Extension cord plugged in and ran under the carpet and wall. 6. Plugs that go to unknown sources all over the place.
