Rooms were nice and spacious for my family to spread out. I liked having a kitchen. The staff were very friendly. The arcade and bowling alley was a big hit with my kids. And the breakfast was a very nice spread every day. downside: checking in was a nightmare/ long wait. It was very annoying that our keys consistently was deactivated

Very nice stay for New Years. The rooms itself a bit outdated. Also the indoor water park should have had a notice that all the slides were not working prior to buying tickets. That was very disappointing. But the stay itself was good

Hello, I am writing to formally document several serious issues we experienced during our recent stay. On the second day of our visit, the pool water was visibly cloudy. Despite this, we used the pool, and for the following three days multiple members of our family experienced persistent itching after pool use, raising concerns about water quality and sanitation. Additionally, several advertised amenities were not operational during our stay. The hot tub was not working, the waterpark was unavailable, and the slide was also out of service. These amenities were a major factor in our decision to stay at your property. There were also significant cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the resort. In Building Three, the side hallways used to enter and exit the building were consistently filled with trash. The movie theater was in particularly poor condition—the floors were sticky and littered with trash, and approximately 90% of the seats were broken and would not recline. Taken together, these conditions reflect a lack of proper maintenance, sanitation, and guest care. Our experience did not meet the standards represented at booking or the level of quality we expected for the price paid. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be provided for the significant inconvenience and unsanitary conditions we encountered. I would appreciate a response outlining how these concerns will be addressed. Thank you, Vane

We had no idea that breakfast wasnt even in the building we were in, by the time we figured out where we were supposed to go it was closing. Was over an hour and a half wait time to check in after the check in time. No remotes in the rooms for tvs, no shower curtain, the key stopped working about an hour after we finally got to the room. No coffee pot, kitchen sink didnt drain.. It was an absolute disaster, literally one thing after another. We were not even shocked anymore something happend. The numbers they give you to call for help or for the front desk no one answered. Called for a plunger, no one showed. Called again in the morning, someone finally showed up. This was our first time here for my daughters birthday and the slides were down, it was just a mess.

Staff was good, directions to buildings could have been better and put on the property map as it is confusing. Room was very clean but in need of some updates: 1. bedroom wall under TV had a ton of scuff marks 2. Ceiling tiles in bathroom had water damage and could have been replaced 3. (1) wash cloth for (2) people for a (2) night stay (could have used a few more towels) 4. Could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra bar of soap the soap was so small it barley lasted for hand washes and two people to shower for (2) days. 5. There was blood on the duvet which we did not notice till the morning we checked out and it wasn't from us. So that tells me the duvet was not washed. The Good: 1. Room was very clean 2. Jacuzzi was immaculate 3. The room was spacious The place is pretty close to everything you need and the resort has alot of amenities, I did not use them but it looks like a good family place.
