This property is disgusting. Went to the first room and the bed was stripped with the dirty sheets on the desk. Went back to the front desk and they switched us rooms and tried to upgrade us. This room still had the dirty sheets on the bed and trash on the floor with dirty towels still in the tub. The only good thing about this place were the front desk ladies were so nice and apologetic they almost looked embarrassed. Thankfully they found some sheets that weren’t locked up so we could change the sheets ourselves. I’ll never stay here again. Attached below are pictures of the second room

The mattress sagged, the toilet roll holder was broken, the freezer was totally filled with ice. We waited 90min for our meal as the chef had gone home and had to get recalled. Check-in lady didn't display a friendly attitude.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. We called the front desk for new towels and when we returned our old towels were still there, no new towels, bed unmade. The flooring in the room was dirty. After the shower our feet were black. I would have rated more stars but I don’t appreciate staying in a hotel and having to make my own bed and walk to the front desk for towels & to remove our own trash.
