The shower is great. The bed was okay but woke up with a backache. The toilets are short and fill with too much water, if you know what i mean. Otherwise for the money it's a pretty good choice.

Would never stay at Quality Inn Lake Havasu City

Room location not good at all. Needed to be cleaned. Bath towel very thin and no wash cloth or hand towels. Parking lot terrible. Spent one night and wanted to cancel the rest of our stay- 2 nights. Would only refund one night. Room by stairs, people going up and down and very noisy. People in the next room we could hear their conversations. Overall terrible experience.

The hotel was good. My only disappointment was room facing lk very noisy. If light sleeper chose parking lot side. The breakfast is great! And pool is heated???

February visit

We reserved a King room online. We checked in a 5 pm, and were sent to room that had not been made up (it was a real mess!). The second room was under construction, tools were lying around, the room very dirty (at least the bed was made!). The front desk then decided they did not have any King rooms available, and they were unwilling to make any concessions. So we stayed in a Queen room after paying for a King room. The Queen room was fine, no problems. The breakfast the next morning was poor. Many guests were there, and only one empty coffee pot. As we sat there for roughly 20 minutes, we watched as people entered. Nearly everyone went straight to the empty coffee pot, shook their head, then proceeded. The attendant was not very polite or responsive. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.

First of all, the desk clerk was a very nice and corgial person but we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. After looking at the stairway and the distance to the 2nd floor, we asked for a 1st floor room since we are seniors. She was very good about assigning another room on the first floor but as soon as we opened the door, the room had already been slept in along with being very unkept. At that point, we decided that we could not stay at this facility and asked for a refund and the desk clerk was very appologetic and issued us a refund. She couldn't believe that the room was in the condition that it was in. I still have second charge for this facility that I am now disputing.

This property had one hand towel, one facecloth, and 2 bath towels which were black marked and dirty. The bed sheets had dirt marks in them, the pillow case was black covered also. The door lock was jammed and would not open properly. The door had a gaping wide opening at the bottom of it open to the out doors and critters could come in and we could hear the traffic on the outdoors. The room was very dated in decor. We only stayed one night and checked out of our 3 night stay. Aweful experience.
