Best in Havasu

Comfortable beds, great compimentary breakfast offering eggs, sausage,cereal bisquit gravy, waffles, bagels toast. Most places dont offer that good of a breakfast.

Good price, bad room.

The affordability of this hotel is really the only draw. The front desk staff on the night we checked in was nowhere to be found for a solid 10-15 minutes. We asked not to be put on the bottom floor close to the 95 and that still happened. Went back to ask for a different room and at least the location was better. Unfortunately, I can’t say that for the cleanliness or the old musty smell. I walked around the room barefoot for a little while before we went out, and I went to put my shoes back on and my feet were black. The floor was disgusting. The musty smell was pretty strong. One of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it. Just gross.

While the hotel is somewhat dated and the towels a bit dingy, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to drop a trailer and have my Truck serviced by the local dealership. Staff was extremely considerate while I stayed day to day and offered a reasonable rate. I would stay here again.
