Room was neglected bad serves my personal stuff was taken rmy recervation was given to someone else when I had booked it for three nights never got a call from the manager . Was not able to talk to him either!!

This hotel was the worst. Dirty throughout, minimal breakfast poorly served by a surly staff member, scalding hot shower than was not adjustable, broken thermostadt in the room, etc. I felt unsafe with pandhandlers in the parking lot. It was cheap, but if I had known I definitely wouldn't have stayed here.

Everything was terrible. The staff was not honest at all and trapped me to book with them directly on other day and to pay by cash. The room is extremely dirty, the sheets were stained like some fresh pee on it. I complained and they brought new sheets but still in very low quality. The toilet is a disaster both in room and at reception, too dirty. Smell bad all around room. Breakfast smelled horrible and we did not dare to give it a try, very basic and may be there for weeks. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. It should be banned from Expedia or give a clear warning for future guests.

The water in the room would not drain. Check in required additional funds. I don’t know how this place passed any sanitation inspections. The place was almost inhumane conditions. I have stayed at many places. This was the all time worst experience I have ever encountered. Never would I go back or recommend.

I I’d leave a 0 star restring if the option was available. Room was very dirty, bed pillows had hair on them and were stained . tops of the dressers and night stand were sticky . Bathroom was dirty along with the towels . Unfortunately we weren’t able to shower due to how stained the towels were. There’s a giant burn hole in our window curtains. I will never be returning

Booked reservation with Expedia online. When I arrived front desk said something about a virtual card issue received. So I was charged again for the same reservation that was paid for. Also the hotel itself was filthy dirty carpet floors walls. Restroom tub stained with a plumbing issue water constantly dripping from spout. Just a horrible experience. I immediately contacted Expedia regarding the double charge for the room. Waiting for the pending charges to set in so I can contact my credit card company to proceed with a claim.

We booked theough Orbitz And when we areived, the desk clerk told us that our transaction between orbitz and La Quinta was declined. At least he printed us a receipt showing that to be true. So we left. We also heard other person asknfornice, and the desk clerk stated.... we dont have ice, and also, the elevator was broken.
