I could not check in at 3 I had to leave and come back hours later because my room was not clean yet, very irritating after a long drive. The property was not cared for nicely, outside was not kept up, neither were the hall way carpets, the halls stink. My room sheets looked dirty, the room was not clean, the showers, and tub looked like if had never been scrubbed, the floors are dirty!! And the bedding had a cigarette burn, when it’s supposed to be a non smoking property!! This was my first of many over night trips in Las Cruces, this will be the last time I stay here at Motel 6

A very poor property stay away

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. To begin with the room had an awful smell. Then I turned on the light I was horrified, there was dirt and rust on the amenities and carpet and couch had disgusting stains all over I tried to immediately get a refund but was told there is no cancellation policy.

First floor smelled of pet pee that they tried to mask with odobon everyday. Shower don’t drain while you are taking a shower so you are standing in ankle high water while showering. Had to ask them to change sheets and pillows when I checked in. Looked like someone had just slept in the bed.
