I enjoyed my 2 day stay! The hotel staff allowed me to check into my room 2 hours early which helped so much . I liked that there was grocery store near by for food! The staff were all so friendly!

The hotel is excellent and its location combines proximity and tranquility. The manager, Ms. Andrea, was extremely kind to me and my 5-year-old son, but the big problem with this hotel lies in two issues. The first is that I found the bed in room 232 unsuitable for sleeping and it caused pain to me and my wife, and this is something I overlooked and did not pay attention to because of the good treatment of the manager and the gentleman who works at night at the reception, butBut what angered me and I did not accept it was the mistreatment that I and my family were subjected to by the reception employee when I arrived at the hotel on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 7:15 PM. This employee treated me in a rude manner that was not befitting of respect nor the name and reputation of Hilton Hotels. She did not give me a chance to ask her about the possibility of me getting a room with a chair in the bathroom due to my inability to stand, which was repeated withThe morning employee, who is Spanish, did not pay any attention to what I said about changing the room.. to the point that she was working on the computer and did not look at me while I was talking to her, which indicates that she does not know how to deal with customers. She does not smile and talks to me as if she is looking at me with contempt.

A great place!

Our room at the Hampton was very comfortable and clean. All the staff we encountered-at the desk, at breakfast, and at our room, were professional and very friendly. The breakfast had many choices and there is a very large eating area. It is close to the airport and not far from the big casinos. We were there for three nights and would definitely return.

My go to Hampton Inn

I first stayed in a Hampton inn during a 2015 trip from California to Virginia . I liked the fact that no matter where the hotel was located each was consistent with the service provided. They were always clean and comfortable. I also liked that there is a laundry room in each one.
