You can just tell the property is aging and not well cared for. The door locks struggled to function. I went up and down to the desk trying to get a key to work over five times one night. The next day, the keys did not work again despite promises it would be fixed. Eventually maintenance came and "cleaned" the locks to get me in. It still took multiple swipes every time to finally get the door to open. The tub leaked and drips all the time. In addition, the breakfast set up leaves a lot to be desired. I was put up here by my boss and he is a bit embarassed.

I asked them to clean the room on Monday he third night of our stay and the front desk said they are not doing any room service on Wednesdays? I could not believe my what I heard.

I honestly feel badly writing this review as the front desk staff were such lovely people! But this property was so rundown and dirty. No hot water in showers, pool bathrooms were “operable” but had no water in the toilets. The elevators were in horrible condition and none of parties doors’ keys worked. It needs an upgrade in the worst way.
