Good and not so good

The good: friendly staff. Bed linens and towels were soft. The not so good: One night stay - the hotel is located next to a busy freeway, so sound was a challenge in my room. The shower drain required cleaning... I was standing in water due to the state of the drain. I tried cleaning it but to no avail. The bathroom fan and light were on the same switch. The fan sounded like the motor was struggling - hopefully it will get some TLC soon from facilities. I was surprised to see CFL lamps still in use in the table lamps. I thought most hotels had adopted LED.

Average price average stay.

First, I want to say the breakfast here was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. The gym was also convenient and a bit spacious. The location of this hotel was good due to it not being on the noisy area of town. The few things I didn’t like was the dirtiness throughout the hotel. Could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed in a while either in the hallways or room. The restroom was also really dirty as it had grime and dirty around it. Overall, I would more than likely one back just because the breakfast was more than I expected.

Room dirty. Web site said free parking. $10 charge on check in. Web site said pool and hot tub. Both were cold and inoperable according to staff. Elevator was actually scary to ride in. It made some really bad noises when door opened and closed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shocked by the $250 hold for incidentals. TV didn’t work, bathtub faucet linked and was leaving a nasty stain in the tub, smell of smoke was evident and the property is in need of an update and renovation. Would not stay here again, however you do get what you pay for. Just didn’t live up to my long term experience as a LQ property.

When we arrived to check in late at night, two cars in the parking lot had broken windows! Understandably, this is not the fault of the property but just something that happened while we were there. Also, breakfast was very mediocre. We travel a lot for club soccer and make it a point to stay at places that offer free breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel was our least favorite.

I do not recommend a stay here at all!! I’m highly upset because this was not my choice. We were forced to stay in this specific hotel in order to partake in a soccer tournament. Our room was dirty! The floor had white specks everywhere from possible “lint” the door knobs and doors are all filled with black fingerprints/ marks from years of not properly being cleaned correctly.the walls had specks of nasty liquids that have been there for a while. The AC did not work, the fridge door did not close properly, my key card did not function properly and would get stuck. The tubs are repainted and the caulking has mold. The doors to the bathroom are closet doors that don’t have a lock and don’t close all the way and too put the cherry on top. I was looking forward to the jacuzzi and low and behold that’s broken too. The hallways are hot and humid. Open leaking pipes shown while walking to your room. Just the worst! The grass is overgrown, garbage lined up by the chain link fence. I will not be returning ever, and I definitely would never recommend.

Room was not ready.. was told to wait to have it cleaned but didn’t want to. They discontinued a reg room instead which was nice.. but still the room should of have been ready.. disappointed.. then the next morning went to take shower and it was just cold water.. told the front desk and they just apologized and went on checking me out.. should of got another discount but didn’t push the issue.. the frount desk lady was very nice.. not sure if I would stay again unless they offered me a discount to show this was just bad luck.

Charles was very friendly and helpful to us as we oriented ourselves to the premises and surroundings. He allowed us to check in early and gave us a room according to our personal preferences. We had to leave early and yet, unexpectedly, received a refund for the second night. Thanks!
