The room was clean and check in was simple. The only reason I knocked it down one was that I called at 11:13am to request early check in. It was very noisy in the back ground so I could barely hear the female worker on the phone. She then proceeded to sound very irritated with me and put me on hold after numerous questions to only come back and ask the same questions again and tell me to call back later. It felt unprofessional and made me feel like I was burdening her.

It was fine. Bathroom didn't have a hair dryer even though it was supposed to. Room was big and very quiet. The staff is nice when they're at the desk but are often not, I had to wait like ten minutes to check out since there's no dropbox for the key and nobody was at the desk, there was no one there when I came to check in either even though it wasn't an odd hour. But for one night it was fine and I liked that I didn't hear a thing from the hall or other rooms.

The beds are not comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. One bed is only a double. The other bed has a queen mattress on top of a double size platform. Inside the room looks old and dingy. The bathroom doors have pulls for kitchen cabinets. There is no bathroom fan. The breakfast was very bad. The food they serve tasted very low quality, GMO type. They use styrofoam plates and bowls. I have a small dog & was charged a daily dog fee but the dog waste bag dispenser was always empty. The cleaning people were unfriendly. Although the front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was excellent. AC/Heater unit very loud when it turned on making hard to sleep. shower tub dirty/stained. Breakfast did not have enough options and or healthier choices specially on Sunday when they replaced the scrambled eggs for biscuits and gravy. Gym was clean but missing a bunch of dumbbells.

Would have been a 5 star, but check-in was a lil messed up. Room was clean, continental breakfast was good too. Besides check-in everything was great. Just didn't know about checking in by 2 am. It wasn't stated anywhere on Expedia's information.

The front desk reservationist was great! Pleasant, respectful and courteous. I'm still in the room and not checking out until 11am. reserved two rooms. One room was outstanding. However, the second room doesn't appear to be clean enough. The bathroom dpor cannot close. I noticed the hinge needs fixing. There are dirt prints on the bathroom door that has not been cleaned in months. The door is white, so everything is visible. The a/c isn't working properly. The tub doesn't look too clean. I am disappointed with this room. I haven't contacted the front desk because I just want to rest. I drove for 8 hours, I'm exhausted and don't want to gather my belongings to move to another room.
